Dr. Züllig is our experienced general practitioner, distinguished by his holistic care and patient-centered treatment approaches. He gained his clinical experience in anaesthesiology at the University Hospital Zurich and Münsterlingen Cantonal Hospital, as well as in interdisciplinary internal medicine and surgery at Scuol Hospital. His advanced training includes abdominal and emergency ultrasound.

How can I change my family doctor?
In Switzerland you are free to choose and change your family doctor at any time – there is no need to deregister from your previous practice. Simply book a first appointment with us; on request, we take care of transferring your medical records. One exception: in a family doctor (Hausarzt) or HMO insurance model, you first notify your health insurer of the change.
Which health insurers accept medelio in the family doctor model?
medelio is a mediX partner practice. You can therefore register us as your family doctor with all health insurers that have a contract with mediX – including CSS, Helsana, Swica, Sanitas, Concordia, Visana, Atupri, ÖKK and Sympany. How quickly can I get an appointment?
You will usually get an appointment within a few days, and often on the same day for acute complaints. Appointments can be booked online around the clock, with all available slots visible directly in the calendar.
Where is your practice located in Zurich?
Our practice is at Pfingstweidstrasse 10 in Zurich West, right next to Hardbrücke station. You can reach us by tram 8 and 51 (Schiffbau stop), by S-Bahn (Hardbrücke) or by car – parking is available in front of the building. From across the city, you are with us within minutes.
Does health insurance cover family doctor visits?
Yes, family medicine services are covered by mandatory basic health insurance. Your chosen deductible (franchise) and co-payment apply.
Which languages do your doctors speak?
We advise you in German, English, Turkish, Albanian, Ukrainian and Russian.
Is a Hausarzt the same as an Allgemeinarzt?
